不同于其他的模具，現澆防撞墻模具他是可以進行拆分的，因為這種模具的型號整體要更大一些，所以說在生產模具的時候給他做出了可拆卸的設計。這樣在脫模的時候，只需要將模具拆開就能夠取出制作好的預制家，也不會對模具造成傷害，還能夠保證生產出來的預制件完整美觀的。一般長度在一米左右的模具他會使用4mm厚度的面板，之后在外面焊接上5mm的筋板來制作，而兩米長度的現澆防撞墻模具的話，他會使用到5mm或者是6mm的面板來加工，焊接在外面的筋板規格會更高，可以很好的保證模具的硬度和強度，所以說在選擇的時候應該挑選合適的模具加工。
