馬拉松石油尋求投標東非4個陸上勘探區塊股份

中國石化新聞網訊 據國外媒體5月17日休斯敦報道，馬拉松石油公司的銷售顧問15日表示，由于油氣公司把重點放在美國頁巖地層的鉆探作業，馬拉松石油公司時下正在尋求投標東非的4個陸上勘探區塊的股份。

根據斯倫貝謝公司旗下的一家為國際油氣公司提供收購和撤資咨詢服務的子公司IndigoPool公司所說，總部設在休斯敦的馬拉松石油公司將對位于埃塞俄比亞和肯尼亞的全部或部分陸上勘探區塊提出報價。

銷售通知說，現金投標定于7月23日，而數據庫將在5月29日對外開放。

Marathon Oil Corp is seeking bids for its interest in four onshore exploration blocks in East Africa as the oil and gas company focuses on drilling in U.S. shale formations, its advisor on the sale said on Friday.

The Houston company will take offers for the all or part of the properties located in Ethiopia and Kenya, according to an email from divestiture advisory firm IndigoPool.

Cash bids are due July 23, and a data room will be opened on May 29, the sale notice said.
